Apply Now to Live at Fairway Village at Stoney Creek

The standard non-refundable application fee is $100.00 per prospective resident. The fee for married couples is $120.00. Roommates and guarantors are required to complete separate applications and pay the associated fees.

Once your application is completed and application fee is paid, you will be contacted by Fairway Village staff to go over the next steps.
